DirecTV will have it on Channel 611 when it launches. I think if you're in the SEC states, it will be there for those with the Choice packages and above.

I for one don't like paying for 70 plus channels I don't watch. You can laugh at the $14 a year but then you're also forced to pay for this channel and that channel and that channel.



Every good SEc match up will be on the local channels anyway. Conference Networks are just a grab by espn and fox sports to get more money.

What exactly is going to be on there?

Other than the South Carolina-TAMU season opener the channel will be filled with football games that aren't to good, aren't really meaningful and mixed with other collegiate sports throughout the year.

I know more football the better. My rant was more about the rising costs of cable prices, which is predominately because of sports. Supposedly this network was going to get the SEC to schedule better Out of conference opponents, which they need to. Hope that happens.

Are you sure you have watched college football? I went to a CUSA school and we sit through 60 point blowouts.
