How many times have you watched them play?
If they keep guys healthier than last year, they are much improved over the team that beat Penn State.
They beat Penn State in the first game of the year. With a brand new coaching staff in the first yr after the Sandusky scandal. No one was even surprised Penn St. lost. If they played in week 6, Penn State beats the breaks off them.
Ohio is the same team that lost to Miami, OH by 20 points. What an awesome team they were....
Giles, I live in Columbia sc and Clowney is so ****ing overhyped and overrated. dudes injury prone. Didn't play in a lot of the spring due to hamstring and if you looked closely you would see him favoring his hamstring last week. His coaches say he doesn't give 100%. Dudes what 260 lbs? clowneys an athletic freak but he's not good enough to be a good NFL DE. I'd take tuitt from ND over Clowney everyday of the week
Having watched the majority of USC games the last few yrs, I would have to say you are dead wrong. He does take off plays at times, but he is without a doubt the best defensive player in college football right now. You can only slow him down for so long. Tennessee did the best job last yr at containing him, but at he finally got free at the end of the game and forced a late fumble on a Tennessee drive in USC territory
And he was indeed sick last week. That reported before the game even started. A stomach virus is going to sap your energy. But UNC still did a good job of containing him regardless.
