There's a story out of Cleveland that he has offers from Philly, the Braves, and the White Sox

Maybe the Phillies get him and move him to CF so they can truly have the worst defense of all time.

I wonder what the difference between the offers is and what will be the ultimate difference. I think back to the Markakis signing when two or three other teams besides the Braves had offers on the table. The big difference then is that the Braves caved on the fourth year demand (which turned out all right in the end) while the other suitors would not.

Kind of funny how the 4th year ended up being the best one for Markakis

Eh, I prefer the taste of wupk and nsacpi. Less salty.

But seriously, anticipating his response to clvclv somehow makes me his lapdog? They fight every day. I just agree with him more than some of your genius ideas like trading Newk and Fried for Bumgarner or thinking that the biggest hole on this team is starting pitching. Maybe one day I'll start a healthy diet of paint chips or have a Bonobo strike me in the head several times with a rock. At that point maybe I'll start concurring with you.

I'm absolutely fine with them signing Kurt. I thought they were one of the main players for Grandal or Ramos so I think this is a good sign for us.

It was the exact opposite of expectations when the contract was signed. Agree that it is kind of funny.

A little surprising to see the Nats settle for Suzuki as the first catcher off the board.

Could mean that Grandals asking price is crazy and so is the Marlins.

Well, he was my back-up plan. Guess that means we're looking at Realmuto, Grandal, and Ramos as option A. I hope Yan Gomes is high on that list as well.

I'm thinking it is more likely going to be Ramos....

Shoo shoo! Back to hiding in the weeds of ignorance you go little guy! Shoo!

When the time is right we will be reviewing your moronic comments to show just how stupid you are. You won’t want to be around for that....and you’ll slink off just like every poster before you who thought they knew more than they actually did.
