    10 years/300 mil for Manny, havent seen if it's straight 10/300 with an opt out or not though.

    The difference being that this hypothetical business probably doesn't have to guarantee that high salary for 3-5 years beyond the end of that worker's productivity for the company, and can terminate that worker pretty much any time if profits evaporate or the worker becomes a net drain on the business.
