Unless the Nats traded Span, i dont see why they'd go after Ells.
With Werth's deal, he's locked in, and obviously Bryce is too.
Unless they move Span to 4th OF'er.
Just thought of something - if the Yankees, or somebody other than St. Louis, signs Beltran, does that put the Cards in play for Shin Soo Chu?
