You can roll over money that you saved in the first ten rounds for after the tenth round. I can't remember if a team has to expend a certain percentage of their pool for the first ten rounds before it can lump dollars on post-Round 10 selections.
Not one of the three even remotely excite. Just a miserable draft. We drafted 3 college bats that can't hit.
