So what's everyone's first round grade for the Braves?

Unless the Braves dont pay Dansby, i'm not sure where this pick will play though.

Ozzie/Dansby/Riley seems like a set 2B/SS/3B infield for the next 5-6 years. And of course FF at first provided they keep him.

Look the analytics Cubs took the 96th ranked prospect....

Ask yourself if you want the Braves to be more like the Astros/Cubs/Dodgers/Rays?

No one knows until 2-3 years from now, i dont think it's an F though.

Both Shea and this guy were picked about where they were projected.

With today's ball anyone can develop power, as long as they make good contact. And in the age of three outcomes, not striking out may be an undervalued attribute. Not to say I'm thrilled, but maybe the Braves' pros know what they're doing.

I cannot help but note that those who hate AA argue that Snit is a great manager.

He is versatile and will play all over the place like Ben Zobrist. No worries, I love the pick!

Waiting 2-3 years is prudent but boring.

How can you grade a draft, until you know. Everyone hated the Soroka pick and he's our ace. I'm sure you did too.

Definitely underwhelming... but I look at teams like the Rays and they seem to load up on talents like these and the sum of the parts play well. We shall see. Baseball is toughest sport to evaluate

Everyone loved the Allard/Herbert picks and hated the Riley/Soroka pick.

Again, reacting to drafts are so dumb. Yes, obviously smart teams draft better, but analyzing individual picks is nigh impossible.

While these may not have been a pair of slam dunk picks, at least they weren’t Daniel Jones bad.

    Because it's fun

And I lover Soroka from the start. Been in his bandwagon the whole way. Full disclosure, I loved the Allard pick too.
