For Cuomo, 54 percent of all respondents approved and 20 percent disapproved of his job. For Biden, 32 percent approved, 35 percent disapproved and 34 percent were unsure.

I'm certainly no fan of Biden (or Cuomo, just to go on the record), but what exactly would those poll responders like him to do? He doesn't hold an office. He doesn't have decision making power. It's a weird question to ask how Biden is "handling" the outbreak.

That's weird. Does DC allow private citizens to initiate a complaint? A criminal complaint is a pretty specific and serious part of the process, typically filed by a prosecutor. I don't know what it means for an accuser to "file a criminal complaint." If they mean she just made a report to the cops, that is terrible reporting. But I don't know the DC procedures.
