4 Houston police officers shot(and a 5th hurt his knee) serving search warrant. 2 people at the home are dead. Lets see how this plays out.






More details about the raid and the people killed. No heroin recovered from a supposed heroin dealer, no large amounts of cash, and if the officers were shot with a handgun why insnt that gun listed among the items recovered....







Police release search warrant. They say they had a confidential informant buy heroin there and see a handgun. Also said they had complaints from neighbors about them selling drugs.....

Now they found baggies of heroin in the cops car that he had a confidential informant buy from a house on a different street. I wonder what that was doing in his car. I wonder where that would have ended up if he didnt get shot in the face?

I knew none of you would touch this with a 10 foot pole. The detective who filed the initial report the day after the murders has been relieved of duty with pay and is under Internal Affairs investigation. The Chief says this has nothing to do with the corruption investigation but refuses to say what its about but with their recent track record I would doubt them if they said the sun will come up tomorrow. The 2 cops responsible have both retired and 2 months after they still have not been arrested and charged despite overwhelming evidence they committed multiple felonies resulting in 2 murders and 4 cops shot. Where the police union to protest this. I thought shooting cops was the worst crime ever. Rules for the but not for me.

Interview with the mother of one of the victims. Last talked to her daughter at 4:15. Her daughters pronounced time of death is 5:15. Her daughter sent her a prayer the morning of her murder. You think its bad for the family of cops who get killed? They usually get justice or whoever did it goes down regardless of if they are at fault. Imagine knowing who murdered your daughter, but that person is still allowed to walk around free. The cops involved have already been implicated in multiple crimes that led to this raid, there is no excuse for them to not be arrested and charged already.

Now 4 months into the "investigation" the family has hired a private forensic team headed by a former senior trainer for federal death investigations. Lets see how thats going.....

The independent forensic team has found no evidence that the Tuttles fired at police and a lot of overlooked evidence. Police found that the dog had been shot and killed at the edge of the dining room, 15 feet from the doorway where the cops said it had lunged at them. Some of the bullet trajectories show that cops were shooting blindly into the house at some point. Dennis kept a loaded .357 magnum at his bedside and thats what cops say he shot cops with but it was not listed amongs the evidence or guns removed from the home. Where is this mystery gun? Also many of the shells from the cops guns were still on the ground too.

Independent forensic team finds no evidence that the victims fired at police. Finds it more likely police fired blindly into the house after the initial shot fired to kill the couples dog and hit their fellow officers and the couple.
