If Mets score three tomorrow, you gotta like their chances. I don't think they scored three against us in any of deGrom's starts last year.

Because of lack of run support, i think most we scored vs DeGrom was 2 runs in a game.

Dansby and ozzie being above average hitters will take this offense from good to great. our 2-4 will end up being the best trio in baseball

2 - 5 may be the best.

Used to hate the Mets with a white-hot passion but now I actually like them better than Philly or Washington. Probably due to the respect I have for their broadcast crew.

They didn't buy their team (at least their main stars), which is nice. Rather lose to someone who builds a good a team rather than some team that just opens a check book and poaches other teams talent.

I know they are good now but I do not believe in the Mets offense over a full season.

Newk needs to go to AAA. If he cant figure it out there then transition him to the bullpen. I still think he can be a useful player for us.

I like newcomb, but for now, you gotta give touki a shot. Let Newcomb start in AAA if the plan is for him to be a starter in Atlanta or traded elsewhere. If you plan on moving him to pen, let em operate out of the pen in AAA for a while
