If they can keep Neck fresh I might have been wrong on that want. Neck may turn out to be the biggest value of all FA signings. Pen can still be addressed both externally and internally.
I seem to recall a number of people saying that the Braves had only signed this broken down relic because he was personal friends with Anthopolous. Really, more than one person said that.

I agree that the one thing the Braves did not do that I considered to be an significant error was fail to add a leverage bullpen arm. Not necessarily a closer.

Yes, the random trek through irrational thought is made by many posters on this board.

I personally think he ends up getting Kimbrel after the draft.

After losing the first two and knowing we'd face deGrom on Sunday night, gotta be pretty happy with a split.

This level of patience at his age is truly rare. I'm getting young bonds vibes from him.

I understand it’s a school night but move people from other sections to behind home plate at least. I’ve been at a high school basketball All-Star game and they moved people from the upper deck to behind the goals in the lower deck for tv.

I've never been more sold on a Braves prospect in a long time with Acuna. He's stupid good.

The umpire behind the plate tonight did a fantastic job for both sides. His strikes were actually strikes.

Braves are second but their +15 run diff. is best in the division so far. Nats are second at +11 JFYI.

He should be. But he has a decent amount of doubters right now

Major kudos to the Braves bats tonight. Their approach against deGrom was about as good as it could be.
