Interesting move here. He's off to a decent start at High A as a starter, but I don't know how he fits into the Mississippi rotation with Anderson, Muller, Wentz, Weigel and Davidson there. Maybe they're moving him to the pen and trying to see if he can help the big league bullpen?
He's also on the 40-man already since he was protected from the Rule 5 draft this offseason.
