These clowns who think Acuņa homering has something to do with him batting leadoff.....

Clearly, the signs were there in the past few games with Acuņa driving the ball to the off field, staying inside the ball instead of all the ground balls pull-side.

Newk does his job. Prolly Jackson in the 9th.

Why did it take this long to get some of our SP from the minors into the bullpen?

Emit Kelly isn't around. I haven't seen anyone claim that his HR was due to his hitting lead off.

Oh, I forgot, you are the one with extensive hitting experience.

Why not let Newk finish this game. Seriously. He is throwing well.

I'd go with Jackson or Webb to start the 9th. Mostly RHHs coming up.

He was safe at 1b. He clearly pulled his hand back and avoided the tag.

Just not a fan of going to the well again. Our pen is shaky and the more you go to it the better shot of finding a guy who doesn’t want to throw strikes.

I’m talking about Chip saying that. And what’s so odd about someone who coaches and works with hitters on a daily basis being able to diagnose a thing or two about a swing? Surely, 20 yrs is enough time to know more than the casual fan, I’d think.

And you’re the same know-nothing that thought that Dansby’s scissor kick was a flaw. The same one that Trout, Altuve, Bryant, and multitude of good hitters use. Eat your popcorn, clap and cheer. Analysis isn’t your thing.
