Unfortunately and because of geography, I'm forced to watch the Cards broadcast on Directv. Normally I hate it because the St. Louis announcers are usually such condescending d--ks towards the Braves. Whoever's announcing for them tonight has been far better than usual--so give them credit for that.

Folty is easily replaced at his suck level.
Maybe you need to read. Teheran has to do with the cumulative quality of the rotation, which is what I was talking about. You’re the one who decided to carry his water like I was singling him out.

Easy to be not be condescending when you're beating a team like they're a junior college. Hard to generate a lot of dislike for a team you're punking

In Enscheff's posts about Ender, he claimed that Ender was injured. Maybe the low back stiffness that forced him out of game tonight has been nagging him all season. Causing his poor start(poorer than normal).

It's happened before under similar circumstances. Unfortunately, I've pretty much heard it all from those guys on the other side.

Then go to the DL to get right and let Riley hit some dingers...

You did. I Don't need your back and forth. So be it. Makes me no difference but Folty is more replaceable than Teheran at the moment. How's that for simplicity? The rotation has two young guys they are dependent on. Not good just yet.

So if I told you at the beginning of the year:

Newk would be sent down for poor performance, Folty would be hot garbage.

Viz would have season ending surgery in the first month, Minter would be sent down because he sucked, Biddle, Carle, Parsons and even Venters would all be sent down for sucking.

Luke Jackson would be our most dependable pitcher and closer.

Ender couldn’t hit softballs and Ozzie would be very inconsistent....

Would you have us at .500 at this point??

    It could be worse.

Ozzie wasn't really inconsistent, he went from going fairly well straight to flat out BAD since the last game in the Miami series. He didn't even give his LH adjustment a chance which is so aggravating, he dropped it after about 8 games and it went okay at first, but for a while now it's been going completely badly.

And yeah, this isn't Folty just being Folty. It's Folty being hurt. There's a good chance his bone spurs barked again after two rehab outings and he's not being truthful about it. He made major changes so far this year. Why would he outside of one reason? It was shown clear as day there was only 1 way he could succeed and instead of doing that, he's spread out his pitch usage, and for example, his sinker stinks but is back up to 24.8% usage. Only reason for that would be to try to work around not being your best self.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

How the **** did I single him out when I specifically pointed out how poor both Gausman AND Folty were doing. If you don’t need my back and forth then quit responding.

Folty needs to go to the DL. Something is clearly wrong, regardless of what he says.

If Inciarte is hurt, I'm curious to see if it's Riley or Duvall filling in for him.

I'm glad Kris Medlen is doing commentary now. Lone bright spot tonight.

What a bytch response. Feelings hurt? It’s a retort to your response. I felt a certain way. You did. I don’t see your view and you obviously don’t see mine. What now? To your point I won't respond further but call it what you want.
