Curious as to whether Folty hurt himself in that AB.

    Yeah, not great.

Maybe Snit had some inside information that indicates that they hit better in the Pacific Time Zone?

We scored 2 runs, both on solo HR's. Pitching wasnt why we lost, hitting was.

Philly has 7 at the Cubs/Brewers next week on the road, plenty of time for losses then. Besides, it's mid May, too early to worry about scoreboard watching.

But I am told Riley will push Ender to the bench for 80% of the remaining games....

Why is Parsons even up here? Look at that K/BB ratio. He's not a big leaguer.

His GB rate is really good and he pitched well for a while. Kids have ZERO leeway with some of you guys here! Man if Smoltz and Glavine came along now they wouldn't have made it.

    Good question.

Especially since Shane Carle is throwing very well at Gwinnett. In May has appeared in 4 games, 7.1 IP, 3 hits, 1 ER, 2 BBs, 5 Ks. Has 7 appearances total with an ERA of 0.73 in 12.1 IP, 4 hits, 1 ER, 4 BBs, 7 Ks.

    Current take on the pen:

Righties: Keep Jackson, Webb, Touki and Winkler. Add one from outside the organization (doesn't have to be Bud Norris).

Lefties: Keep Newk, bring back Minter once he gets straightened out. Add 1 from outside the organization.
