Regardless of how good the Braves are (or bad the Giants are) anytime you win a game started by Bumgarner, you're happy to get the win.

Dodgers lost 2 of 3 in SF, earlier this year. They're not the best team but it's never been easy winning there.

xwOBAcon is the expected wOBA on contact, and xwOBA is expected wOBA overall including all PAs.

Almost every player has a higher expected wOBA on contact then they do overall.

Riley’s wOBA and xwOBA difference is about what’s expected from a slow RHH.

Yeah I know, I thought I put his wOBA in there as well but I must have had a brain fart. For reference, his wOBA is .502 so he has a difference of -.037 between his wOBA and xwOBA.

I wasn't referencing his xwOBAcon to indicate that he had been unlucky according to his batted balls, I just forgot to put his actual wOBA in there.

At any rate, I don't even know a word to describe how hot he is at the moment.
