How many Cubans have the Braves signed right out of Cuba? Not many come to mind and those they did sign haven't had that much of an effect. They lost Negret to the Royals in the vacating of the 2017 signings, but I can't think of any other guys who were highly-regarded signing with us.

He's one. Donnell Linares was another. There was a guy named Yenier Bello who signed for $400 K back in 2014, but he played half a season in the minors. The guy they signed out of Cuba who appears to have had the best career is Brayan Pena.Originally Posted by Skeeter31
