I just don't want to trade Anderson for a RP, even one of Vazquez's caliber. Now Wright + Wentz I'd be all over.
I'd do Wright plus a non Waters/Pache piece for Vazquez. Not Anderson though, feel thats a waste of asset managing.
Think Peralta cost more than that.

That’s my guess as well. I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t add him if it’s that low. Hell, it doesn’t hurt.
One thing to keep in mind when dealing with a dinosaur FO like KC is they may think one of those As guys is awesome and that was a superior package. These stupid teams are wildcards that allow themselves to be fleeced, so if you’re the right team at the right time...great. That’s how the Braves got Swanson.

The guy I would love as our catcher of the future is just mashing in LA. I am huge of the kid, having met and talked with him multiple times from high school through college at UofL.
He's probably gonna be their everyday guy next year.

He was their everyday guy a few days ago. He is the first kid to play pro ball of any kind from his high school.
