To an extent but not fully. The K's are the reason Castillo is still a decent pitcher even with his high BB rate. But there's more to it than simply control. Command in the zone is hugely important too. Soroka makes so many quality pitches in the zone. Pitches that hitters just can't do anything with.

Castillo isn't a bad pitcher, he's just produced like a middle of the rotation pitcher. There's still upside there.
