He’s going to need an effective out pitch or two. The fastball is a huge piece to start with and he locates it well. You can tell though that he’s not a finished product.

Problem is you're seeing the relief risk here.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.
