Donaldson has drastically lowered his K-rate since the first two months of the season. he's been killing it.
also has a higher fWAR than Freddie.

I didn't get to watch last night, but I did listen... radio really liked ender's defense and obviously, gausman's performance. Really encouraging game for both
Pitched extremely well in a big game. I hesitate to put too much value on a single game and there's a lot of season left, but I thought there was a little more gravitas in this game than others given the opponent and the immediate effect on the standings. Hopefully Gausman can be consistent the rest of the way. I don't expect this out of him every start, but if he can pitch like the solid #3/#4 that he is and give us a chance to win every time out, I'll gladly take it.

The Braves big 3 of Acuna, Freeman, and Donaldson are on pace for a combined 15.2 fWAR and 115 homers. I'll take that.

There was point in the game that ESPN flashed a comparison of Acuna's and Henderson's career starts at leadoff, and remarking how similar they were. They were actually nothing alike. Acuna has 4th-hole numbers from the leadoff spot - like 80 RBI's. It's unbelievable.
