After winning on Friday night, the Nats analysts were adamant that they couldn't leave Atlanta with anything less than three wins. Given that we're the team with the six game lead, a split has to take some of the wind out of their sails.

Season saved despite Gausman keeping up his terrible walk rate.

Did Gausman ever throw his two new pitches? He fooled Washington with those media reports!

He looked like he threw some changeups, but hard to tell if that was his split or not.

Need another start to see if this was a fluke or not.

Would anyone be opposed to trading Cole and re-signing Mac for another year and pairing him with Jackson behind the plate until the next catcher in the system comes along?

No, Mac has earned another year if he wants it. Gladly admit I was wrong about him.

He doesn’t produce enough RBI’s to keep up with his swag and mullet.also now that I’ve found out he’s a vegan he really bothers me.

One interesting thing is that Fried actually has a better xFIP than Soroka... If Fried is healthy, he's a solid 4.

He walks to much... and speaking of walking, dude is obviously a walking injury... he can't stay healthy. He's only played 97 out of our 100 games... that's unacceptable
