Camargo has never been a plus defender at SS. He’s borderline elite at 3B, but he’s not very good at SS.

He was responding to my comment about Culberson, not Camargo.

The worst strike call of the night by Diaz. Pitch was about a foot of the plate, then strike 3 called in the same place.

This kind of Umpiring is bad for the game, bad for the players and even worse for the fans.
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;......

And, while with silent, lifting mind I’ve trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Yeah, I forgot to quote, and am a slow enough typist that like three other posts popped up in the meantime.

Butt tyhe other altwrenative is that I leave all my posts looking like thisd and skip typo-fixing, so I'll have to rm,mneber to quote.

The ump has cost us a lot so far. It’d be nice if he were fair

I wonder if regular rest would help players. Nah.

Culberson has a 8 DRS at short with good range ever year too. He has a strong arm so it's not surprising he is good there. See here: https://www.fangraphs.com/statss.asp...98&position=OF

He has a 1 DRS with Atlanta at short in only 150 innings.

Maybe don't hook the replay gear up to a random dude, lol? So awkward.

The umpire has been bad for both sides though. But, he’s been bad, there’s no debating that.

Out of curiosity, what is Camargo’s DRS at ss?
