My dad , who loves the Dodgers, was up for this series bc "Braves are our competition. "

Don't let the media in LA fool anyone. LA was up for this series.

Ryu has only three losses all year, one of them came yesterday against us. Anytime you beat a pitcher like Ryu that is impressive.

Doesn't matter what Freeman thinks. Snit is the manager. Freddie is just a player. It was the right call.

Uh, yeah. But it still makes for an interesting point of discussion.

And I’m pretty sure Freddie isn’t disagreeing with him.

This is one time we agree. I come down on that side too. I hope Freddie is backing Snit.

i am no snit fan but i had no issue with the move, i expected it in fact.

That said, I wasn't mad at Acuna. I'd been mad if he hit a grounder and it was bobbled or dropped and he didn't hustle allowing an infielder to throw him out. That is worse than thinking you hit one out and making the mistake he did.

Or he could be talking about bringing out your waffle before your meal at Waffle House.

Thankfully we still won so this shouldn't drag on as an issue.

It’s hard for me to believe Freddie would be arguing with Snitker and saying he should stay in. Freddie is a lead by example guy and we know he hustles and wants the rest of the guys to do the same. FWIW, I did see where a lot of the players were asked about the Acuna benching. They didn’t want to go on record apparently, but all agreed with Snitker.

Word in Claremont - Snit did thing and RAJ gets it. All players / including many very prominent formers / very excited with win/ RAJ deal non issue.

He has a lot to be thankful for. Hopefully everyone will be smiling again soon.

Folks sure do let themselves get all worked up over the tiniest things.

Broken fire extinguishers. A young guy getting benched. Holy hell, who cares?

Acuna might take this so personally that he will hold it against the team during his next round of contract negotiations in 2029.

Great gut check performance from that kid today and great series win.
Hopefully we get healthy by the end of the month and get hot at the right time for once.
Not sure if you are referring to me, but I certainly didn't say that. I said if Folty is back, he pushes Max from that 3rd spot in a playoff rotation. Certainly Max has been better than Folty. The rest of the regular season will determine if Folty has regained his 2018 form.

I also believe Kuechel gets the nod over Max not b/c he's been a better pitcher, but b/c they've been pretty similar outside of DK's one awful start. DK's also has the postseason experience which would gives him an edge.

May be Sept will prove me wrong, but that's what I see happening.
