"Acuna is getting lucky, just like CJ did when he batted .321 and won a batting title. He is unlikely to get lucky at the MLB level over an extended period of time. He will settle in around .300-.320 just like everyone else, and when he does, he won't be within shouting distance of the 1.000 OPS he is posting in AAA...more like low .700s in 2018." -Enscheff 8/25/17

85%. Not terrible. I had the most trouble with the recent rebuild oddly enough. And some of those mishmash lineups with Rico Brogna or Charles Johnson.

79%. Forgot some super easy ones and misspelled a few names. Never in a million years would I have gotten Mike Heath or Alberto Callaspo.

Just 1991 was interesting enough for me. Way to much work to try to fill all of that out. Was Rick Mahler still our opening day starter in 1991? The opening day starter the next few years would also be interesting. I'd have went with Avery in 1992, Glavine 1993. Saw Avery on the alumni weekend broadcast, I always think back to his I guess more typical career when we have a new hot prospect.

You guys are way better than me. I'm still hung up on the "91 opening day starting pitcher. It flashed into my mind that "oh yeah, we still had Doyal Alexander"....but then how could we have already traded him for Smoltz. That's right, I'm getting Charlie Leibrandt and Doyal Alexander confused. Now I can't differentiate who was Doyal Alexander vs who was the pitcher that outdueled Smoltz in the WS game 7. I'll give up and look it up soon..lol.

90% with no help. I was quite proud to remember every starting pitcher and catcher. First tried to remember each of Maddux’s Battery mates then getting into the rebuild years was tough. Almost missed bethancourt and laird.

Outfield and middle infield was the worst. We had some real winners on our opening day lineups, especially during the rebuild.

I got 77%. Can’t believe I forgot about Rafael Belliard and Prado. Other legendary names I forgot were John Burkett, Scott Thorman, Adonis Garcia, and Tyler Pastornicky. Somehow, I remembered Jeff Treadway, Mike Heath, Mike Kelly, and Jace Peterson.

    85%.

Ones I can't believe I missed: Eddie Perez, Tim Hudson, Derek Lowe, Dan Uggla, Andrelton Simmons, Anthony J. Pierzynski, Flaherty (BIL effect).

Not surprising: Heath, Mordecai, Graffanino, Brogna, Burkett, Blanco, Thorman, Diaz, Kotsay, Anderson, Schafer, MclOUTh, Bourn, Young Jr, Bethancourt, Callaspo, Olivera, Kemp, Phillips.

I should’ve gotten 100%. Somehow I forgot about Matt Diaz and AJ Pierzynski.

I must have blocked out Alberto Callaspo.

I could not spell AJ Pierzynski.
