He was leaning out but not in the strike zone and they never call that. He certainly didn’t bunt at it. Some people are just apologists for authority and will always defend them.

And he was leaning backwards when the ball hit him if I saw my stop action correctly.

And that stuff is the most important thing a manager can do imo. This isnt the NBA or NFL where in game management is super important. Guys like Bobby and Snit that 100% have their guys backs is how it should be done.

Ozzie's hot road streak has taken his Avg up to .296 That's a big jump from .283 on Aug 28th

Or some people try to understand why a decision was made without any bias to their favorite sports team. You’re not a clown, so you shouldn’t be making blanket statements like one.

It's mostly due to their rotation in a short series.

Corbin, Stras, Scherzer, Sanchez, Corbin/Stras in 5 games isnt easy, but their bullpen is the bigger weakness. Offense is very streaky, never know what could happen in a short series as well.

Very late to the party today and missed last night's game altogether. Based on the results so far, maybe I just shouldn't watch but, nah, that's not gonna happen.

Sucks about Charlie, not having him and Camargo will hurt.

And Ozzie's gotten lost in the shuffle with all the talk about JD, FF and Acuna, he's had a great year and been much better from the left side. Still cant believe he signed that contract.

Ozzie flashing that 70 hit tool. Could top acuna as the player with #1 trade value if he keeps improving.

Here it is - this is a strike plain and simple. You never see it called because most guys get out of the way or attempt to get out of the way and don't take a ball to the face
