Absolutely by the rules, but it's a rule they never, ever call. I just can't help but think if I'm in blue and decide to start calling a rule that's been ignored for decades (which they probably should), I'm going to start with the guy who hangs out over the plate in body armor daring you to come in and give him a base, not the guy who just got his face broken. It's mostly due to their rotation in a short series.

Corbin, Stras, Scherzer, Sanchez, Corbin/Stras in 5 games isnt easy, but their bullpen is the bigger weakness. Offense is very streaky, never know what could happen in a short series as well.

Here it is - this is a strike plain and simple. You never see it called because most guys get out of the way or attempt to get out of the way and don't take a ball to the face
