maybe they need to ask if pitching to Freddie is smart with a base open and Duvall behind him instead of the JTR and Sixto question

Chip sure thought so with all the 'damage' Duvall has done against Philly this year

You got it after Riley liner into RF seats
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;......

And, while with silent, lifting mind I’ve trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

If Riley guesses fastball and gets a fastball he is going to punish it.

That is two balls out towards right by Riley. Both hit well. That is a good sign.

    307 hitters have 250+ PAs in 2019.

Riley ranks #305 in Z-Contact%, meaning he misses pitches in the zone very often.

Riley ranks #23 in O-Swing%, meaning he swings at pitches out of the zone very often.

He is perhaps the most extreme guess hitter currently in MLB.

Might still have been the second best Francisco C. catcher pinch hit at bat.

I'm not 100% sure how I'd play it, but I don't think Soroka needs to be making a start vs KC. If he actually does, I'd have him on a pitch count but hopefully that gets scrapped. Maybe Wright/Wilson bullpen game to try to set it up for the NLDS.

Think his next start needs to be in New York on a pitch count of 50 pitches.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

Awful call on 1-0, although I guess a sac fly isn't the worst outcome.
