2. Why pull your dominating starter? He can give you one more inning.
3. Of the all the PH, why choose Duvall against a RHP? Especially a dominant RHP?

Now Duvall vs a RHP rather than Ortega with the platoon advantage. Even if Snit burns Ortega and Shildt goes to a LHP, he then counters with Duvall with the platoon advantage.

Because its the correct move. Using Duvall as that move is incorrect.

I get the numbers and I know on a larger scale its the right move. These are one of those times when you have to see whats in front of you and understand that folty is on a different level today. I don't want anyone else pitching in the 8th inning.
