I think it is good politics and good policy to delve into the reasons why medical care costs so much in this country, including why doctors salaries are so high. Voters will respond to an adult conversation.

My Dad just qualified for medicare and is getting some minor surgeries on his legs. They told him he could get all 3 surgeries at one time but Medicare requires he come back for seperate visits for each. After thinking about it for a second I bet this is just a ploy to get more money from medicare. I bet they can do all 3 in one day but they dont want to because they will get paid more doing 3 seperate visits.
