I downloaded the report that guy was pulling from. He's drawing conclusion that he can't draw probably because he's not really sure what he's looking at.

As the document says, the study is for "signal detection rather than hypothesis testing." In other words, if this reporting system showed an odd spike in people developing serious vitamin deficiencies then it would set off red flags that there might be a problem. It also states:

"An accumulation of adverse event reports (AERs) does not necessarily indicate that a
particular AE was caused by the drug; rather, the event may be due to an underlying
disease or some other factor(s) such as past medical history or concomitant
medication."

So if someone gets the shot and has a heart attack two weeks later, there's a good chance it would get reported here. That person might be 600 pounds with a 20 year history of heart disease but it would still get reported even thought the heart attack was completely unrelated to the vaccine.

In order to draw the conclusions this guy was drawing you'd need a vaccine population compared to a control (non-vaccine) population to see if there's a greater risk in one population than the other. That's not what was done here and it couldn't be done here based on the way this data was collected (spontaneous reporting).

If the vaccines were doing what this guy is trying to say based on the numbers, we'd have bodies stacking up like cord wood. 70% of the population of the US has at least one dose. At the rates this guy's talking about we'd have millions of vaccine deaths by now. I know a ton of people who have gotten the vaccine, not one of them has had anything worse than flu like symptoms for a day. If it was like this guy was saying, I'd know multiple people who died from it.

The total deaths are absolutely inflated by people who were at the end anyway and Covid happened to be the thing that took them out. My great aunt was in hospice care but technically died of Covid. This is why you look at excess mortality to get a full picture.

Because Covid deaths are supported by excess mortality figures as well as a ton of other stats. So we know a lot of people have died from Covid and that it's not just killing people already dying.

These figures have zero support that the deaths or actual serious events are happening at a higher rate than the general population.

If you're looking at 30+ million people getting jabs and 1K deaths, that's minimal instances. There is the issue of this is essentially blank reporting. Were you not the same person who accused COVID number inflation because of comorbidities? How can you not point the irony here?

And going with just US numbers. He did not address that. US had about 30M doses but the EU isn't factored in there, UK isn't, Japan isn't. You can see those reported numbers in the report. But even at that. 42,000 incidents, is .14%. Majority of those incidents are hyper mild, things like "pain" "Malaise" headaches, injection site pain, nausea, etc. there are serious complications for the vaccine, but the odds of them showing up are lower than death from getting COVID. You have proved nothing. Kudos.
