Yeah. I'm good with comparing NY and Alabama.
But they do have a significant policy difference. Cuomo has pushed for very aggressive testing and NY is one of the states testing at a higher rate per capita. I think Rhode Island is the only state that has tested more per capita. From poorly chosen one, I sense an ambivalence about testing.

How exactly are we quantifying or qualifying someone managing a crisis well? Well relative to Trump? Relative to DeWine? Relative to DeSantis?
