The rate of that outside fraction still depresses the death rate from where it is now. Everyone is hyper sensitive so any deaths will be looked at as coronavirus driven.
So the governor of Florida has decided to stop citing the fact so many New Yorkers have been fleeing to Florida in recent weeks as a positive sign for Florida.

Then you do your research and realize how much of a joke he is. I liked him when he ****ed with the GOP establishment. But when he started making a mockery of minorities and the weak, pretty much turned me away. He's been consistent ever since in embarrassing himself.
