In normal circumstances yes but in a real world setting when dealing with the criminal organization that is the Chinese communist party I know they’ll never let investigators do their job (which has already happened).
Their actions the past 18 months along with the obvious allegiances the “scientists” at the Wuhan virology lab informs a reasonable person enough.
