NY may not be out of the woods just yet. Seems they're doing just what the southern states did upon reopening, but southern states aren't nearly as congested as NY. Hopefully it doesn't respark.

Well with the big spread across the southeast, college football seems to be in jeopardy, so I think a freak out is justified
Avoiding infection spread is a fundamentally flawed logic.
This has always been an exercise in how effective we can seclude a segment of the population for 1-2 months.
With brave and smart leadership we could be close to herd immunity.
