I don't know about your area, but very few people around here are respecting the guidelines while in public. I literally had someone come down the wrong way in the grocery store yesterday, without gloves or mask, and nearly bump into me on the way by. Then they stopped two feet from me and started looking at the shelf. I moved on down and waited for them to leave the area to come back to get what I was looking for in the same spot. They were there about four minutes. Probably enough time to expose me if I hadn't moved.
