International Prospect Signing Rumors

Obviously it looks like signing deadline will move from July 2 to January, but I’m bored and we are back in the international game after all the penalties. Our international pool will be cut in half this year, and I believe cut from there because of the Will Smith and Ozuna signings, but Baseball America has us linked to two guys.
