He hasn't been good defensively this year and he's not hitting.

He's lost another step in speed, which was was somewhat aberage to begin with.

What do you do with that other than sit him?

Ozuna fails less than Neck. And the brain trust literally bragged about how awesome Neck was perfect for that situation
