He was elected over someone that openly didn't even live in the state (ala Tuberville) he wished to represent.

2 off the top of my head, the Governor of Texas is wheelchair bound, the 1996 GOP Presidential candidate
carried at all times a pen in his left hand.
Fetterman's phone being used for the same purpose Abbot uses his chair and Dole used the pen.
My hat is off to all 3 for working to overcome the effects of an accident, a war injury and 18 months out of a stroke
