Wtf are you talking about. It was removed because of the pending appeals not being done in time, not because the case was dropped. Jury questionnaire were due to be sent out today and the appeal will still have to go to the supreme court when Trump loses.

This is such an odd thing to make an issue of. When the Supreme Court refuses to hear the case before the appellate court it was obvious there would be a delay. If he wins and pardons himself that's admitting he can't win the case on the merits, which seems to be his plan. If he is innocent why not let the trial happen and he can flaunt the innocent verdict in all our faces? It's not even a guarantee he would be convicted in the first place.
