If tomorrow the govt decided to cut off the hands of anyone who steals, there’d be less theft. And it wouldn’t be because of a newfound societal appreciation for property rights.
Sounds like a solid idea. But why do those rules not need to be in place in some nations to limit theft?

Why’d Tucker go to Russia and not, say, Iceland or Norway? If his point was that a predominantly white, homogeneous population would have less crime, and he wasn’t looking to offer commentary on the folks running the country?

I learned absolutely nothing about Russia from Tucker’s video posts. Other than exposing his own economic illiteracy (yet again), not sure what he accomplished.
Walk into Penn Station every now and again - or a subway anywhere other than wall street area and hte upper west side. Let me know what you think.
You made an irrelevant point about when the Russian subways were built and for what reason thinking that it was a 'gotcha'. You missed the whole point as to what Tucker was trying to show.
