Shenanigans? He pled guilty multiple times. Confessed to the crime multiple times. He could have motioned for a new trial citing new evidence but he knew he would lose so they had to circumvent the court with a Trump appointed stooge.

I am in fact complaining about DoJ corruption. Trumps own AG hired a Trump appointed lawyer to dismiss the case which none of the prosecutors of the case signed on to, in order to get Trumps lackey off the hook. Imagine if Biden had Garland hire a lawyer Biden had previously appointed to recommend all charges against Hunter Biden be dropped against the wishes of the Special prosecutor after Hunter pleaded guilty. That is fighting corruption in your book.

It's not corruption when you get someone off the hook if you provide evidence that person is innocent.

There's corruption here but it's not where you think it is.

And all this time I was told he just ran out of money. Flynn and Flynn's son illegally worked as agents of a foreign government without registering. Its not uncommon or corruption for prosecutors to not pursue some charges in exchange for a guilty plea. In fact its very common. All the government sought was cooperation with the Russia investigation and by cooperation they mean telling the truth. Its Flynns fault they had to prosecute him to get him to tell the truth if he wasnt hiding anything. And in the end he had to subvert the court of law to escape justice because he knew he couldnt win at trial.

Flynn could motion to dismiss or for a new trial citing new evidence. Thats not what he did because it wasnt exculpatory evidence.
 
Seriously, this might be as ridiculous as you saying the judge didn't do a monetary assessment of Mar-A-Lago. This **** you spew everyday is ridiculous.
 
Wheres the dollar amount. Trump said he valued his property that he is not legally allowed to be residential as residential property. No one disputes that. There is no dollar amount because everyone agrees Maralago is worth a lot more as a residential property than a commercial property. Even in Trumps appeal of the tax appraisal he says its over valued by the tax appraiser because its commercial not residential.
