While I think Fani should’ve been tossed (and ultimately disbarred) this total clown show still feels like a win for Trump.
 
My understanding is that McAfee was appointed by Kemp and is close to Kemp, having been a former political aide of his.

Given Kemp's well-known animus toward very poorly chosen one doesn't this raise potential appearance of a conflict of interest regarding McAfee. Maybe recuse? A fair-minded person might conclude that McAfee is doing Kemp's bidding in trying to git very poorly chosen one.
 
Given the high profile and politically charged nature of the case, it would be best if Willis went beyond the judge's ruling and voluntarily recused herself from it. With cases of this nature, the prosecutors need to be purer than the driven snow.
 
After McAfee and Willis recuse themselves we can move forward. I'm especially concerned about McAfee's close ties to Kemp, an avowed political opponent of very poorly chosen one.
 
All well and good, but the charges the grand jury found have not been addressed by those oposed to either judge or DA.

No one of consequence has made the case
for Trumps innocence.
In fact quite the opposite
 
Still not a good look to proceed with a judge and a prosecutor both tainted by the appearance of a conflict of interest/animus toward very poorly chosen one.

1) Records show they were calling each other 6 times a day and texting each other about 35 times a day.

2) Cellphone pings show that Wade spent the night with Fani several times. He went to her house 35 times

3) 4 witnesses said they were together during this time.

Besides actually catching them actually doing it I don't how much more evidence you need.

Another clear example of wacky justice coming from a blue area.
 
Like, I dont even understand why you care so much about this. You claim to not be a Trump supporters but you are clearly very invested in the personal lives of a prosecutor that have no bearing on the case because you think it might delay Trumps criminal trial.

Seems to me y'all should be gunning for the judge who is ignoring clear perjury and looking to git very poorly chosen one on behalf of his political patron Brian Kemp.
 
I want this travesty to continue.

These trials are now HELPING Trump.

People of this nation see the truth.
