Is the goal to get Russia troops more engaged in the ME and America teams up with ISIS to take them out without declaring war against Russia?

Why would they want to destabalize Russis without getting blame for it?

You literally just asked why would America want to be behind an attack and not having hteir enemy know it was them.

The second question is laugable and not even sure how you could ask it.

The first is also easy but I'll answer it anyway. Its very common for terrorist groups to claim credit for attacks (paying attention the last 20 years and you'd know this). The reason they do this is because they are looking for new consripts and they push the idea that they are executing on real Jihad that will result in the perpetrators going to heaven. If you can't show (CLAIM) any real impacts around the world young Muslim men will not go to your cause.

OMG! BODYCAM FOOTAGE?!?!!?

Impossible to imagine where this footage was instantly posted to various section of the dark web that are accessible to these types of actors and they claim credit.

Has to be that ISIS can only get this because they set it up.
