What she is talking about is the history of black people being railroaded in courts. The OJ Simpson trial was the reverse. It used to be guilty white people escaping justice in a trial, now it was the reverse. But I disagree with her about what we need to do to move forward. There is and has been a constant discussion about race going on in this country. What we need to move forward is for black people to let go of the hate for what has happened and address the problems in their own culture that glorifies thug and gang culture. Racism against black people persists because of the amount of black people robbing, raping, stealing, and killing. Blaming racism for their problems doesnt help, it actually hurts them. I have learned in life you can tell a lot more about a person by the way they talk than the color of their skin. Black people who talk like a normal person mostly dont have the same issues as the black people who speak what I would call hood English. Things like "know what I'm saying" and the N word being repeated every 5 seconds inserted just randomly in what they are saying. I see white people like this too, with all kinds of face tattoos who talk like this too. They might as well have "I am piece of ****" tattooed on their forehead because thats what they are telling everyone. The absolute worst thing for black people is the PC culture where we have to dance around the real issues because people dont want to be accused of being racist.
