Allowed? He runs his mouth about anything and everything he wants. He doesn't even comply with the gag orders because he knows the Judges won't do more than fine him which he pays off with other people's money.

Took them like 3 years to file the first charge. And it just so happened to co-incide with an election year.

The amount of mental gymnastics it takes to ignore the political bias in these cases is honestly impressive.
 
Trump violated the gag order 4 times since his last contempt hearing. Another contempt hearing this morning. Whens a Judge going to nut up and do what Trump is begging them to do. No one else would get this many chances.

Unlike the rest of us Trump can afford lawyers so they have to finish investigations before filing charges because Trump could always invoke the right to a speedy trial. The rest of us they throw in jail as soon as they have probable cause and then you have to give up your right to a speedy trial to get a public defender and they finish the investigation while you rot in jail. Theres no time these cases could have been brought that Trump wouldnt be making these same claims. He announced his candidacy and then sat on his ass for months specifically because he knew charges were coming and wanted to make this narrative.

In what world is it better for Democrats to have these now instead of 2 years ago? Trump would be locked up by now and not able to do any campaigning.
