That's usually the case when co-conspirators turn on one another. The dishonest behavior cited by people is all from when he worked for Trump. All these things they want to say about him but also want us to believe he just paid off Daniels out of the goodness of his heart with no involvement by the Teflon Don.
lol
The desperation has made this place reek
All of that is irrelevant. There is a standard for filing charges and prosecuting someone. There is ZERO chance that standard was met in this case. Because the basis of proof relies ENTIRELY on the word on a liar and thief. There is literally nothing tying Trump to these payments other than the word Cohen, which is proven to be untrustworthy.

There is a reason the uniparty is doing this to Trump and why they did all they could to get someone else nominated for Republicans.
How do you determine a percentage of reliability when you know it’s not 100%?
Well you just decide what you want to be true then work backwards to convince yourself.
Entirely on Cohen? Other than David Pecker testifying that they set up the program with Trump, the taped proof Trump was aware and apart of the plot to pay off Karen McDougle, and the testimony that Trump had to approve all payments over 10k. And to be clear about Cohen, he isnt accusing Trump of a crime, he is saying he is the co-conspirator to a crime they committed together. Someone who points the finger at someone else and admits to being part of the crime is considered strong evidence. Unless you think Cohen pleaded guilty to crimes and went to prison so that he could one day screw Trump with false accusations. I dont think any reasonable person would believe that.
And this is the guy you people want the jury to believe paid off Daniels out of the goodness of his heart and loyalty to Donald Trump.
I believe Cohen would do anything to stay in the good graces of a billionaire who at that point had made him a lot of money.
The David Pecker testimony does reflect any sort of crime either.
Any illegal activity was entirely facilitated by Cohen. Which means the entire case is reliant ont the testimony of Cohen. There is zero burden of proof that Donald Trump committed any sort of crime.
Cohen says yes he’s financially invested in the outcome of the case.
Lol.
You have to be very naive to believe that. Cohen was in constant contact with Trump. You think he decided to pay this off and never talked to Trump about it to ensure that he would even get paid back? Thats very naive. Made a lot harder to believe given Pecker's testimony that Trump participated in setting up the catch and kill program and the tape of Trump talking about paying off McDougle. Why would Cohen talk to trump about one and not the other?
