Not surprised you haven't heard of Gods Hour - Best work gets done early early AM.
Probably conditioned from years of being a night owl but I find my best working hours to be after the family goes to bed (9pm until 1am)

Ouch. When my second one was born my marathoning career ended. No more time for hobbies.
Funny you say that. I got hardcore into trail running during the pandemic. Runner’s high is quite unparalleled. Combination of kid #1 and moving to Texas basically ended that. I still enjoy a good run but it’s usually nothing longer than 30 minutes around the neighborhood. Banality of suburban life
Eh. It’s extremely healthy for kids to watch you exercise.
My hobby is exercise, and I need to be strong enough to age gracefully and not be a burden .
And to be able to whip em for a lot longer than they think I can
My father in law taught me this. He had a home gym setup and he would once a month have family night where he would show his four girls proper weight lifting techniques. I think it’s a major reason all of them have very active lifestyles as adults.
I don’t have the space at home to replicate a full gym setup but I did buy a Tonal and we have it setup near our boys playroom.
Do you have a candidate you like that’s perfect on every issue?
As for me, I don’t really know who Oliver is other than him being an also ran in the Georgia senate race. I browsed his platform on his website and he’s fairly boilerplate Libertarian with some deviations. I wish the Libertarian party offered a stronger choice.
I don't support Trump on every issue. However, I'm sure my candidate doesn't support BLM, trans kids, drag queen shows for kids or open borders.
In other words, there are ****ing wackadoodle bull**** I will not tolerate from a candidate.
I will give Trump (and RFKJ) credit for showing up and trying to court (L) voters. Hell, Trump went as far to say he’d nominate an (L) to his cabinet and others to senior posts, if the party backed him. A pretty nice concession, if one were inclined to believe him.
What’s Biden done to try to sway (L) voters?
No one’s being swayed away from voting for Trump because of his crassness. It’s 2024. We all know who he is at this point.
