And someone has a potential replacement at a moments notice. Still, I will take great pitching, great defense, and an average offense. That formula wins a lot of games. We need Chipper to speak to the team and break down the batters and give them some lessons on pitch recognition and what to do with it.

Interesting. Not sure if they're being extra careful with Minor, or they are maybe they are showcasing Hale? As much as I like the kid because he's an Atlanta native, he is expendable. He's also young and cheap which many teams would be happy to acquire for a veteran arm or bench player.

I don't find him all that expendable. What are we going to get for him? Maybe if our guys are healthy I'd deal him at the deadline for a good bullpen arm (the way the Reds did with Travis Wood for Scott Marshall). But otherwise, he's good depth and may be needed again.

I have to say, yesterday when you made the GDT, I didn't realize it until after I made mine... I would've left yours open because any of the 7 people that opened it up and saw what was in your first post... I'm sure just lost it.

I didn't close yours though, CyYoung did. I still kept opening it just to laugh.
 
And then Heyward after I couldn't stop laughing at your GDT... I opened my browser and saw this:
