The Biden Presidency

Mqt, I know you'll never admit to this, but you've expressed significantly more dissatisfaction with harsh treatment of murders and rapists than you have over Andrew Thomas.

In both settings you've gone out of you way to rationalize and justify on the side of the murderers

Andrew Thompson. The wrongness of his execution is pretty obvious. Why waste bandwith repeating a point that is so obvious. Would repeating it over and over again give anyone more credibility in arguing against the death penalty.

Look, I know the Giants were counting on him this season but I don’t think he should face the death penalty for injuring his foot. Sorry for not coming out stronger in my support.

His imminent martyrdom suggests otherwise

The energy spent on rationalizing and justifying cold blooded murderers (denied health claims, overcrowded prisons, drug addiction, etc) vs the amount of warranted outrage about the killers is eye opening.

And worse, we only get these justifications and rationalization bc they feel the need to come and play devils advocate against the anger towards the murderers.

"I don't condone the murder but..."

By the way, why are denied claims the angst of the radical left vs the doctors and hospitals who refuse to perform the service for free? A denied claim doesn't tie a doctors hands...

Why isn't hero Luigi open firing on those selfish oncologists??

Many of them do.

Doctors performing work for free. They would probably do more if we didn't make them take expensive and unnecessary classes that burden them with debt.

Frustration over a corrupt system where the people who profit off the broken system bribe politicians to keep it broken. Health insurance as a private business is a scam. It only works for the company if they pay out less than you pay in and they saddle ****loads of money in bureaucracy meaning not only do they pay out less than you pay in but they pay far less than you pay in.

Now healthcare stuff isn't my thing. I am not advocating for what Luigi did. I am just explaining the rationale to you. It's not far off from what I believe about cops. They fight tooth to protect a corrupt system they corrupted for their own benefit. **** em imo.

The funny thing is these same people destroyed Martin Shkreli for ripping off the insurance companies and giving away the drug to poor people who didn't have insurance while using the money to fund research for more life saving drugs. He was the hero they should have celebrated. Instead they destroyed him.

Does the leftist logic of "murdering a CEO bc he caused suffering is justified" also equate to the person who allow people in the country who cause suffering?

You cannot possibly be ignorant of the sheer amount of people on the right calling for his public execution. Which makes it a weird point to bring into a discussion on the left justifying violence against people who shouldn’t be killed.

I'm asking you, if you believe there is legitimacy to the anger casuing a murder bc of some denied claims, do you apply the same standard here?
