lol, they had programs they thought would be good for public perception, and now are removing them because they think it’ll be good for public perception. “I was never a firm believer in bias training” is also a really weird way to describe this because it’s like the one hill I’ll personally die on as unambiguously positive part of corporate DEI initiatives. Biases are hard for many to understand or control and training your leaders to spot their own is a good thing that leads to better workplace cooperation.

Trump is right but I don't think we have enough originalists in the courts or SCOTUS itself to get it done.

I hope I'm wrong.
